So how can we make sure that we have a healthy balanced diet? 

  • Eat a variety of different foods
  • Plan our meals
  • Use the appropriate portion sizes
  • Replace chocolate and crisps with healthier alternatives (fruit)
  • Drink water at regular intervals throughout the day
  • Read the labels on the foods we eat
  • Don’t skip meals
