Reflecting on Events
In your Primal sessions, we will work together to see how to make positive changes, make better choices and learn from things that happen. This is known as ‘reflecting’ on events.
This can sometimes be hard to do because it means being honest with yourself.
It also involves taking responsibility for your actions and understanding that the only person who has control over how you act and think is YOU!
To get something positive out of your time with Primal, we will need us to think about how we can solve problems and how we can get support from those around us.
