Well done, as you can see there are lots of different things that can help you to have a healthy relationship or things that can contribute towards having an unhealthy relationship and I am sure you could think of many more yourself.

It’s important to remember that every normal relationship has its ups and downs, we all have disagreements from time to time but we aim to have more positive things in a relationship than negative ones so we can see the benefits we talked about earlier.
