Physical Activity

By making physical activity part of our daily routines we are more likely to enjoy it and see long term benefits . Regardless of age or gender we should all do at least 30 mins of exercise every day. Doing more than 30 mins will only benefit you further and some of associated benefits of regular exercise include; building self-esteem, mental awareness, confidence and positive relationships.  In order to help us be active we should identify the types of activities that we enjoy? (or would like to try). When and where we can do these activities? (at home, the park, local leisure centres?) And if we want to do these activities alone or with others? (possibly as part of a team?)
