Causes of anxiety

Anxiety can be caused by a number of things. Some of these may be external things, which means things that happen to us. Stress from exams, stress from being bullied in school, stress from a family member being unwell. Internal things can also cause anxiety, which means things that we are not as aware of. These may include gaps in our development as a youngster, which means we are missing in key skills, such as resilience or confidence.
